Our brands, both owned and licensed, are available for use on college campuses, universities, K-12 schools, corporate offices, airport concessions, travel centers, motorways, military bases, and other high traffic venues.
Le Petit Bistro provides a unique bakery – café experience in an upscale atmosphere with a broad menu positioned for five day part coverage, operating on a platform that performs with quick service restaurant speed and efficiency. The menu features an appealing variety of French - inspired bistro salads, freshly made roll-ups, focaccia, baguette and croissant sandwiches, soups, quiche, pastries and hot entrées.
Le Petit Bistro Express combines the appeal of a European style café with the American preference for quick service. The menu features an appealing variety of freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, beverages and more to be enjoyed on site, taken on-the-go, or for home consumption.
All DFB proprietary products are available for direct purchase (bread, dressings, sauces, and spices).
DFB is available to participate in traditional joint ventures as part of the operator/tenant team utilizing any of its brands or third-party brands.
Qualified primes and concessionaires can license one or more of the DFB brands for operation in airports, train stations, motorways, travel centers, military bases and other venues.
DFB is available to operate units as the owner and tenant.
